Are you trying to put the "fun" in Executive FUNctioning?
Check out my very real and sometimes embarrassing struggles AND amazing crowdsourced tried and true tips in "The Executive Functioning Dysfunction Diaries" section on substack
You may not have noticed, but there have been some changes around here at the FAAB blog. I am fortunate to have so many loyal readers, and I know the reasons you are here are as varied as you. A while back, I reshuffled my writing and resources into 4 categories. I think you will find this useful. In all honesty, I probably started this process because I should have been something else, such as the laundry… It’s always the laundry…
So today I want to feature a section that is for all of those out there with ADHD and/or plain old time management and organizational woes.
The Executive Functioning Dysfunction Diaries
A collection of short and sweet tips for all of your Executive Functioning issues, from a real, live person with ADHD who is also a professional working with neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults for 25 years! Some of the stories include my own #adhdmoments, and all of them have expert and crowd-sourced advice from my many years in the field.
You may notice that some of these blogs are marked as paid content. I allow all of my subscribers, including those who have FREE subscriptions, to read about 90% of my content for free within 7 days of it being published. Afterward, access to my “archives” is reserved for paid subscribers. I have unlocked a couple of these gems below for everyone this week, but yes, some are paywalled. I understand this can be frustrating. As the landscape for professional writers changes dramatically and earning an income as a freelance writer or book author becomes extremely challenging, these small subscription fees allow me to continue to write and share ideas for those who, for several reasons, cannot access my direct services. The fee to be a paid subscriber costs less than your monthly Starbucks bill. Thanks in advance for your support. If you are “sold” and want to upgrade your subscription now (wow, my writing is convincing :) :). You can do so by clicking on the button. If you aren’t sure or able to at the moment, click on the titles below for plenty of free content.
