Hey friends!
You asked, so I built it. I’m excited to announce a brand new way to experience adult ADHD coaching: The 5-Session ADHD Reset Intensive. But before I dive into the details, let’s chat about why I decided to shake things up from the usual as-needed weekly (or every-other-week) 1-hour ADHD coaching sessions.
Why ADHD Coaching Intensives Work
Unlike traditional weekly sessions, intensive models create the space needed for meaningful change.
• Extended, uninterrupted time to identify patterns and core executive functioning challenges
• Real-time strategy development — not just talking about what might work
• Built-in implementation planning before you leave the session
• Time to test new systems together and troubleshoot immediately
• Reduced context-switching, allowing deeper focus and cognitive momentum
When we actually have the space to pause, reflect, and experiment—instead of just rushing from one thing to the next—real progress happens.
Here’s the thing: every ADHD brain is its own unique universe. Not just because we’re neurodivergent—but because no two of us are wired the same. I took your feedback to heart and built this intensive to give you real choices. That’s how the 5-Session ADHD Reset Intensive came to life.
You’ll get five 2-hour sessions for deep, hands-on work, plus quick, zero-fluff summaries emailed after each session so you don’t lose track of the breakthroughs. Between sessions, you will have accountability check-ins to tweak new strategies (with my support—no going it alone!).
This format is perfect for doers who want space between sessions to actually test out new habits and get real-time input.
Not into weekly commitments, or love a half-day deep dive instead? That’s still on the menu. Need something outside my usual daytime slots? I’ve opened a handful of evenings (4–8pm) and weekend times.
Sessions are on Zoom wherever you call home, and if you’re in Metro Detroit, there are limited in-person spots too.
Bottom line: you’ve got options as flexible and creative as the ADHD brains I work with.
